Dear Colleagues,
Being indexed in Scopus is a decent step; many universities worldwide consider Scopus as the main scientific database for evaluating scientific output.
As for the document, I would suggest making the authorship criteria even clearer. The critera are borrowed from the field of medical sciences (Vancouver criteria), and since the three critera are connected with AND, the and/or logical conjunctions in the first two criteria may be replaced by simply OR. (This would be in line with the original Vancouver criteria as well.)
