We have looked into this matter, and provide the information in the background documents for the AGM, which you can find in a separate forum post. The agenda now includes that we propose the Surplus Spending Plan in which this proposal fits, and the financial statement contains detailed information on the amount of surplus to be spent, and the evolution of the balance of the IGPME accounts.
