Hello, would it be simpler to go back to the earlier policy that anyone who has presented one RR is eligible to be a reviewer? The current proposal seems quite complicated and may be difficult to administer. I do think that going through the RR process is important, hence I would not support the proposal to include RF contributions if they have not achieved an RR.
