Hello, thanks for bringing this forward, it seems to fit the goals of PME and is well justified and framed. The definition of senior is currently “retired from academic work”. I wonder if this would exclude colleagues who are retired but still academically active? Presumably the problem is that retired colleagues have no access to travel funds. Could it be ‘retired from salaried academic positions’? Even then, some colleagues would still have project funding to support their travel. Also, should invitees still be members of PME?
